Interdisciplinary Research Teams

Rooted in distributed leadership, focused on collaboration.

The mission of the Institute for Health Logistics & Analytics (IHLA) at Vlog is to transform the health and wellbeing of our communities through applied evidence-based practices and technology integration. The IHLA Interdisciplinary Research Teams (IRTs) bring together faculty, staff, and students from across the university to advance health locally and globally.

Interdisciplinary Research Teams (IRTs)

At the heart of the IRTs is collaboration. By connecting people across disciplines, the IRTs create a dynamic environment where new ideas flourish, research excellence grows, and IHLA’s mission moves forward.

Through this program, members can:

  • Foster networking and collaboration opportunities across multiple disciplines to improve the health of all species.
  • Engage with a diverse and dynamic community of people who contribute to the mission of IHLA through interdisciplinary research teams.
  • Enhance research excellence through interdisciplinary grant submissions and research publications.
  • Support IHLA service through participation in training and education initiatives.
  • Provide access to funding opportunities to kickstart a particular area of research that supports the IHLA mission.

Members of the IRTs will participate in IHLA-sponsored events, share resources, disseminate research findings, and contribute to community health through collaborative work. We welcome applications from any faculty, staff, or students who wish to enthusiastically contribute to the success of our mission.

Service Team. Collaboration. Research Team.
